His practice is focused on corporate reorganizations, tax and estate planning, transactional mandates, asset protection and the creation of trusts. Mahdi completed his Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa in 2015 with honorary mention <\/b><b><i>cum laude<\/i><\/b><b>. He was on the Dean&#8217;s List of the Faculty of Civil Law due to the excellence of his academic results.
